Finsbury Park residents can have a free stall at new market

Applications are open for stallholders wanting to get involved with Tottenham Green's first medley market.
A one-day trial market will be held on Tottenham Green East on Saturday 29 September and stalls will be free to host.
The launch of a pilot market comes in response to calls from local people. It also delivers on Haringey Council's 12 in 2012 pledge to host activities across Tottenham and improve the public space at Tottenham Green.
The Medley Market will coincide with the Project Tottenham community film festival weekend.
Applications to host a stall at the market are open now and must be submitted no later than Friday 7 September. There will be no charge for market pitches, but all stallholders must apply for a street trader's licence, for which there may be a fee.
The council hopes to see a range of stalls at the market and priority will be given to applications that offer the best products and best meet Tottenham's local needs.
Successful applicants will be informed in the week commencing September 10 and will be given guidance and support on applying for a street trader's licence.
