Are there any rules about what you say in a flat share advert? Age, sex, .... Thanks

If you want a decent room mate, don't mention your bad habits (i.e. constant nose picking, tendency to leave nail clippings around, never flushes etc.)
Mention good things like; great chef, always does the dishes... or at least, that's my ideal room mate. Oh yeah, smoking habits. Should mention that as well.
