I rent through D&D and they manage the property. We've never had a problem with them and they're always nice to deal with. My only gripe would be that they weren't as prompt with their call outs as they usually are over the Christmas period, we had to wait longer than possible to get out boiler fixed when it went funny last xmas, but it wasn't too bad and they were very apologetic. Otherwise they seem like good people.
