Christmas in N8
Get your Christmas shopping off to a great start with the late-night shopping event on Thursday. All shops and businesses that are part of the Crouch End Project will have special offers and promotions, and there'll be mince pies and Christmas drinks for shoopers. Fashion and gift advisors will be on hand to help you pick your perfect party outift and the present to go with it.
The Crouch End Project was set up on 2007, and is a consortium of local retailers working together and with the council to improve the Crouch End shopping experience.
If you don't already have a Crouch End Card, you can collect one free from participating shops - or use the special mini-edition that will be available on the evening.
On Saturday 5th December there will be a special Prize Draw for over 20 Yuletide prizes. The draw is free to enter at any of the Crouch End Project shops, and the draw will take place at 4pm.
Sunday is the Crouch End Family Festive Day, with activities including face painting, storytelling, a Santa's Grotto and a Treasure Hunt taking place from 12noon-6pm. Carols will be performed in the Town Hall Square by the Crouch End Festival Chorus and Crouch End Junior Choir from 3.30pm.
If all that isn't enough to tempt you, any purchase with a Crouch End Card will entitle shoppers to a voucher for 2 hours' free parking available in the Crouch Hall Road car park (behind Thornton’s Budgens), in the library car park, and in any Pay and Display bays in the Crouch End area. Vouchers are valid until 31st December.

Yayaya - bit excited to be taking my family along to this. Christmas is far too expensive and free goodies are always worth going to find. Plus, I can get my face painted.
