The London Olympic organisers are considering raising the price of the cheapest seats in an effort to increase revenue.

Sebastian Coe, the committee chairman, pledged in 2004 to start prices at £15 a seat with more than 9 million available for less than £30.

The committee have now admitted that it may not be possible to start at £15 and whilst they hoped cheap seats would be available they could not say how many or for what price.

Everyoen I know that mentions the 2012 Olympics uses it in this sentence: "I shall be leaving the country for the 2012 Olympics." There is NO incentive AT ALL for Londoners to hang around for it. In fact, I might just go away and rent my house out.

The whole ticket situ is a fiasco!!!! I hope that the olympics commitee can fianlly put together a reasonable pricing policy, im not supprised at the increase in ticket sales, like everything else this county has to offer its usually a farce!
However, im not critisizng everyone, im working alongside the official ticket providers 'ticketmaster' I will be selling tickets on there behalf from my website tinyurl.com/yjjfhfm
This is proving a headache for me at this moment in time, I am an affiliate/partner of the forementioned, I AM LEGALY ALLOWED TO SELL OLYMIC GAME TICKETS for the london 2012 games, however the lawyers for the london games say i am in breach of infringement using the wording 'olympic' and 'games'.
I find it very frustrating as I am offering a service, a legal service at that.
I shall keep you inform ed as to the upcoming events from the lawyers.
