Rowan's has always looked a bit shabby on the outside and it's fair to say that the inside leaves something to be desired but I have to say they put on a great (and reasonably priced) kids party.
The place is buzzing on weekend afternoons and the dance area and DJ (complete with cheesy tunes) go down a treat with boys and girls alike.
