A new residents' association will not be set up to tackle bad behaviour on the Stroud Green Estate where two men were stabbed in a month.

Concerns were raised after a 23-year-old man was stabbed in the leg in Osborne Road and an 18-year-old man was stabbed in the back in nearby Victoria Road.

Stroud Green's community police team held a meeting to discuss the plan on Tuesday, October 27 but the turnout was too low to move forward with the idea.

Anyone interested in working with the police to set up a residents' association or Neighbourhood Watch should call 020 8721 2837.
