The Urban Wine Company

The Urban Wine Company (UWC) acts as a collective for local grape growers all over London and the South East. Grapes grown on a vine in your garden, terrace, allotment or balcony will be turned into vineyard quality wine.
UWC can provide a vine or two, will collect the harvest and then use professional wine making techniques to produce a wine that you can be proud of.
UWC can cater for those who already have a vine that produces grapes, to those who do not, but would like to start growing one. Those with vines join as “producer members” and those who do not join as “developer members”. The difference is that the developer members start with a vine that UWC supply and take a year or so to graduate to being producer members. There is also an associate membership, which is much like a social or affiliate membership, for those who have an interest that is not as an active grower.
