Are properties moving again? Maybe

Despite the claims and counter claims in the press about green shoots in the economy it does seem that property has started to sell again in N4 and N5. There are definitely more Sold and Under Offer signs than were on show a month or two ago. That said the To Let and For Sale signs are still most common closely followed by the annual display of school summer fete advertisements masquerading as estate agent's boards; the things us parents are prepared to do for our children!
