The cultural life of Finsbury Park is diverse, colourful and rich. Discuss it here.

I've lived here for over 10 years now. Because of my voluntary work with Transition Finsbury Park I know loads of people and a lot about what's going on. I love the mix of the area, that it's not pretentious and has an edge to it. I love the park itself and spend a lot of time there at the plant nursery I help run.
I don't like Seven Sisters Road, the recently opened supermarkets and the number of chicken and chips places. I'd like it if there was more food grown, cooked and sold locally. I also like teaching people about food foraging - spotting and eating plants that grow as weeds.
