    Transport for London has issued contingency travel advice if tomorrow's (Friday's) bus strike goes ahead.     Don't go there: TfL advises travellers to avoid Victoria underground station this year.
    A year-long programme of works on the escalators at Victoria Station will begin on Monday, causing delays and congestion as one escalator at a time is closed.
